The Hotel is constructed in 1950’s architecture that has been greatly influenced by French design. It has been welcoming guests since 1966 and its spacious one hundred and fifty rooms were renovated in 2005. Balconies in each room allow visitors to enjoy the view of the swimming pool area and have features installed such as satellite television, high speed internet access, air-conditioning, bathrobes and slippers, turndown service, hairdryer and telephone. The Palace, which is of ancient oriental palace design, oozes style and stateliness, and features eight Ksars Poolside Villas, fifteen superior suites, seventeen executive suites and fifty-two junior suites. The Villas consists of ten individual villas that continue the oriental theme in their architecture and design and are located amongst exotic gardens, each with their own private pool and butler service.
