La Perla Real-Estate Development in Morocco

The exotic city of Marrakech enjoys an agreeable sub-tropical Mediterranean climate and is located in an area which allows easy access to diverse locations, including Morocco’s sunny coastline, majestic desert sand dunes and beautiful snow-covered mountains. Recognizing the potential of the area, La Perla International Living, considered to be one of the fastest-growing brands in international residential real estate, has committed to the development of a project within a short driving distance from Marrakech.

Already represented in four continents, the Amsterdam-based company is earning a reputation for having the expertise to keep up with the growing demand for international residential real-estate. Morocco is a popular destination for international visitors and La Perla has plans to create a stylish lakeside club within an exclusive living community, aimed at attracting these visitors. The site chosen for the new development covers more than eight hectares on the banks of the beautiful man-made Lalla Takerkoust Lake, which is fed by cool pure water flowing from the nearby Atlas Mountains. Lalla Takerkoust Lake occupies several square kilometers, and various popular water-related activities, such as jet-skiing and kayaking, are offered to visitors. There are also a number of walking trails that can be enjoyed in the vicinity of the lake.

Living options offered by the La Perla development in Morocco will include a number of spacious villas, some of which will be situated on the crest of a hill with spectacular views of the surroundings. Each villa will have its own infinity-edged plunge pool, perfect for cooling off on hot Moroccan days. Facilities at the lakeside club, which will be open to the public, include a restaurant and bar, a health spa and gym area, as well as an outdoor pool featuring a swim-up bar.

The architecture will be a blend of exotic Arabian style with contemporary western luxury, featuring charming courtyards, terraces and pergolas, with continuously flowing fountains adding a peaceful atmosphere. The unique architectural design of the La Perla project is the result of the collaboration between renowned architects Cesar de Leyva from Spain and Moroccan, Errachid Ben Driouich.

Visitors to Morocco are attracted to the many beautiful areas the country has to offer. The new La Perla development in Morocco is, without a doubt, being built in a beautiful area with much to offer.
