The teacher Perumal Koshy Perumal Koshy, born in India, has been instructing for 2 decades across America, Europe, India and Morocco. At 12 years of age he began his teaching career. A path that lead him develop Dynamic Progressive Fusion Yoga. Perumal's yoga classes, adjusted to the physical abilities of the individual. The practice is built on a 6 parts underlying foundation (pranayama, preparatory, salutation, strength, stretching and meditation) to feel refreshed, relaxed and simultaneously energized. Thanks to a progressive approach, will allow the student to achieve the right state of flow in order to improve mobility, breathing and circulation while strengthening muscles, tendons and ligaments, leading to genuine mental and physical wellbeing. Those participating in his retreats walk away with results of calm and clarity with heightened energy.
