Music by : Hans Zimmer King Arthur Theme The opening scenes are of a ancient village called Ait-Ben-Haddou This ksar, a group of earthen buildings surrounded by high walls, is a traditional pre-Saharan habitat. The houses crowd together within the defensive walls, which are reinforced by corner towers. Ait-Ben-Haddou, in Ouarzazate province, is a striking example of the architecture of southern Morocco. Alt-Ben Haddou was also used as a location in Ridley Scott's Gladiator. The desert scenes were shot in the Sahara just outside Merzouga. Overnight Camel rides are offered in Merzouga. The donkey parking lot was filmed at the Asni market at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. This is followed by scenes from the Atlas mountains shot from very cool eco-lodge known as kasbah du toubkal just up from the village of imlil. The sunset water scenes were filmmed in Essaouira on the Atlantic Coast. The post sunset town seen is Fez. The POV shot walking through a dark Casbah Alley is in marrakech.

Gavines contra el vent [02:51]
Essaouira és una ciutat ventosa. De la medina emmurallada al port una murada protegeix el passeig del mar. Les ventades generen onades violentes, s'esclafen als rompents de rocs i als grans blocs de ciment de l'escullera. El vent sempre és salabrós i humit. Els cels estiuencs són intensament blaus, sempre esgarrapats per ditades nuvoloses. Però, a l'hivern, el cel sovint s'emboira. Ha de ser un cel de plom, perquè el vent poderós i omnipresent és incapaç d'esquinçar els núvols. Desafien la potència dels corrents aeris les gavines. Ales poderoses, ventres com popes de vaixells contra l'aire revoltat. Les gavines del vídeo naveguen arran de càmera, gairebé freguen l'objectiu amb les ales i els bécs. Aletejos, esgarips. Risc de ser abatut mentre gravo les imatges, esquitxat pels excrements constants. Un goig poder enregistrar el vol rasant contracorrent de centenars d'aus, excitades per la sentor del peix que els pescadors esventren.
