Traveling in Morocco by Train [14:00]
I traveled alone in Morocco in January, 2012, from Casablanca to Marrakesh and then from Marrakesh to Tanger, all by train, a total of about 12 hours in transit. This video clip shows the train stations in Casablanca and Tanger and explains some of the nuances. My destination in Tanger was La Tangerina hotel in the Kasbah, so I show some footage of the hotel and the Kasbah as well.

Entre Tanger et sidi Kacem en 2009 la ligne était en cours d'électrification. En 2010 2011 le projet de TGV Tanger Rabat est approuvé. Les locomotives type DF100 sont des machines française que la SNCF a revendu au chemin de fer Marocain. *********************************************************************************************************** Sidi Kacem between Tangier and in 2009 the line was under electrification. In 2010 2011 the Rabat Tangier TGV project is approved. The DF100 type locomotives are machines that the French SNCF railway sold to Morocco.
