Balloons that stay aloft due to being filled with a gas less dense than air such as helium are called Gas balloons. The gas balloon was invented by Frenchman Jacques Charles. This particular Helium balloon was filmed at the Turkish Festival in New Delhi. The highlights of the Festival include an Ottoman Turkish military band, whirling Sufi Dervishes, a Turkish bazaar, Turkish cuisine, Ebru art, folk dances, calligraohy and lots more. Also, a lucky draw will be held, the winner of which gets to fly to Turkey with Turksih Airlines. A variety of Turkish musicians and dancers will perform live during the fest.
