Berber tribes have lived in the region for thousands of years, and were first mentioned in writings of ancient Egyptians. A path that lead him develop Dynamic Progressive Fusion Yoga. Perumal's yoga classes, adjusted to the physical abilities of the individual. The practice is built on a 6 parts underlying foundation (pranayama, preparatory, salutation, strength, stretching and meditation) to feel refreshed, relaxed and simultaneously energized. Thanks to a progressive approach, will allow the student to achieve the right state of flow in order to improve mobility, breathing and circulation while strengthening muscles, tendons and ligaments, leading to genuine mental and physical wellbeing.
