So we left the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and headed towards the Atlas Mountains. After driving for about 3 hours with my jaw firmly on my lap in awe of the beauty we passed we stopped for a well deserved break and rest in what has to be the most beautiful restaurant I have ever eaten in with a view that could reduce you to tears. We feasted on lamb tagines while we discussed the next venture out into the Sahara.
