Moroccan Hospitality: Sweet Beginnings

At the end of the first full day in Morocco, my travel group received an invitation from Mohammed Haitami, deputy manager of the Attijariwafa Bank, to have dinner at his beautiful home in the California residential area of Casablanca. Our unabashed friend and tour guide, Fouad, provides exposition about Moroccan appetizers as we begin what can only become a most extraordinary culinary adventure. Casablanca, Morocco July 9, 2012
