Cultural Snap 10: Fez, Morocco - Tannery

Cultural Snaps are raw clips from my travels. The beauty, chaos, excitement, nature, and unrest of the world. Just a minute or 2 snapshot with no edits. This is a tannery in Fez (Fes), Morocco. If you ever wondered where your leather purse, pants or jacket comes from, it' probably started in a place like this. It's a trade that's passed down through families and is often dangerous for health reasons and because of accidents. The colored pools are used for dying.
