Did anyone watch this last night...It gave a rare, entertaining and unbiased riveting item of journalism.
It was interesting to see how the Palestinians are treated...
We need to see more of such programmes about the plight of the people in that region..

People need to see the conditions in the camps in Jordan and Lebanon. A friend of mine is a cameraman & I've seen footage taken there. Both countries, in fact the WHOLE WORLD, should be completely ashamed about the conditions people have been living in for decades.

it was a great programme, the mens prison was bad enough, but the women?? They were fighting amongst themselves.

One woman got life in prison and because she didn't stand when the guard asked her to, they put her into solitary confinement for 14 hours

...But perhaps people could tell me how well prisoners are treated in in Saudi Arabia, Syria, Yemen, Iran etc?

Yes, there are human rights abuses in Israel, but it's worth remembering that they're hardly alone in that, amongst nations in the region.

It's nice to see that when the hypocrisy gets thick enough even Voltaire can't take it anymore.

Israel is a great country with fine penal facilities. Dare I say, Israel's jails are 5-star accomodations as compared to the local fare.
