Most of these cuts simply don't flatter the female shape. They make people look 'boxy'.

this is from Tlemcen (Algeria)


moroccan take it by influence
tlemcen is near morocco

As you know Tlemcen was the capital of the central Maghreb (المغرب الأوسط)

As you know also Algeria is the name of the central maghreb from the 16th cent that means 4 cents
