How work for the law to marry a Moroccan man ?

Need to go also in Morocco to do the marriage registration or is enough do all in Embassy ?

to marry soemone in morocco is simple, easy and takes no long time, but sponsoring takes the whole time...if u want to sponsor ur husband that you would bring him ur country then it takes much time..about a year!!

don't worry hun, a year goes in a blink of an eye...let's just undergo the process

u mean the moroccan man in italy wants to marry a moroccan in morocco? thye go same thing, he needs to sponsor her.

if you mean italian woman wants to marry a moroccan man in italy, then as far as am concerned..woman needs to be either christian or jewish ( people of the book) then there is no sponsoring since the man is already in italy..if he's there illegaly then i think he needs to get married through a church with his moroccan passport..not a civil marriage..thats what i heared

Moroccan Embassy won't marry someone who isn't legally resident in Italy. why can't they just get married in an Italian registry office & then apply for him to stay in Italy?

Sincerly, I don't know how can work it.
I don't know if is possible to marry a moroccan man not legally resident in Italy, or better, I have not idea if it is possible.
For a moroccan man leggally resident in Italy, I thoughy was enough to go in embassy.

Can't you call your local Registry office to find out what papers are needed to get married? Wedding at the Moroccan Embassy is not going to help get a visa anyway. See if the Italians will more helpful. if not, he can go home to Morocco and apply from there
