FRS ferrys are taking the p**s

Frs ferrys seem to change the price to suit the mood. I travelled from Tarifa to Tanger and return approximately 30 times last year.in the early part of the year it was €52 then in june it whent up to €65 in august it was €72 then they droped it to €55 then the raised it again to €65 which is what it is know,They blamed it on the fuel price but fuel is lower now than its been for years.
They openly advertise a 35min crossing, I think I remember twice it did it in this time,. the average crossing is 1 hrs , I've been on the boat many times over 2 hrs, once it was 3 hrs.
This is the most expensive ferry in europe at least they should try and get there times right.
The problem is in Tarifa FRS has no competition so the can charge what they like, at the expence of the traveler.
Now I always travel from Algeciras it's cheaper and more eficient even if I have to drive to get there

That's odd but I believe it. most of the companies start charging fuel surcharge after the oil's prices increase then when It went down they stuck to their prices. of course it's called profit.
