Marrakech October
So here we come - Marrakech for 8 nights during Ramadan and Eid.
We are South African living in Dubai (a couple of years now) and we are very familiar with the customs during this period, so will just take this in out stride. No doubt that Iftar will be great in Marrakech.
A car rental for 8 days seems to be the same price than return artickets for 2 adults and 2 children between Casablanca and Marrakech. Is the route scenic between the two towns or do you recommend flying? How about taking a taxi - how much will it cost and will you recommend this? I do not want to miss anything! We love art, culture, photography, food and architecture.
We also like to explore the hidden gems and non-touristy places.
Will also visit Essaouiria. Do we take the train, taxi, car rental betweeb Marrakech and Essaouria?
We will stay at the LA TERRASSE DES OLIVIERS - any feedback will be welcome.
I know that I will fall in love with Marrakech. In fact, I can picture myself living there one day!
