Skip the tour guides! You will pay way too much of your money (which gives you more money to spend on the people in Morocco who really need and deserve it - as CoolP pointed out). You will also get dragged to a bunch of touristy belly-dancing restaurants and souvenir sellers who are hooked up with the tour guides will rob you blind.

quoted from nygirl!
some people like to spend their money nygirl..as in las vegas and orlando..
Elders must have tour guide when they know no body in Morocco...
just because you have that boost of youth it won't aply on every one ...we want out guest to be safe and come back

spending money or throwing it away?

Hey Cool-P: What's up?
I agree, seniors should have a guide. Meaning people 55-60 years old a up. But anyone younger can handle themselves, in my opinion.
I have no trouble spening money! I am not talking about staying in a dirty cheap hotel. But rather somthing that will give the flavor of Morocco, rather than a cheesed up version of it.
There are some beautifully renovated riad's for example. Not a Ramada, but beautiful and traditional at the same time.

And Shukran for saying that I was one of you! The first time I went to Morcco I was so moved. I felt like it was home. I actually visited Morocco before I met my husband. I travelled there by myself, and stayed a week. I was so enchanted that I returned about 4 months later and stayed another two weeks - visiting different cities.

And of course you could use safaritravelguide.com which is an American/Spanish company who only charge a deposit to your cc and the balance then is paid at the moment when you start your safari.
