Specific Travel question

Salaam a todos,

I am setting up an online travelguide for Morocco. As it will be for the independent traveller, I am looking to offer "Introduction to Islam" excursion, or "Staying with a Moroccon family" and "learning arabic in Morocco" etc. As I absolutely do not want to go through non-moroccan tour operators, I will have to go to Morocco a lot in the near future. Does anybody have any tips for this sort of offers, or thinks to have the background to be a guide every now and again ?
