and banned as soon as they re appear thats different but i see nims is still on the board

It's not possible to ban them as soon as they appear, unless Mark happens to be looking at the board at that very moment. It's not Iceman's fault, as mods don't have ban powers (none of us - not me, not Lalamimi, not Ice, etc). Only Mark does.
