VP has done it now. It was the Troll also known as Jefferson. 5 IDs no less

I can't be here as much as the mods can Razrif, thats why they're supposed to contact me via email @ moderators@virtualcountries.com when there's a problem, or contact me via MSN @ marky_bloom@hotmail.com.

Voltaire MSN'd me this morning and advised me of Jefferson and that was taken care of...beyond that, if there are still problems, I trust that the mods will contact me.
