and since there hasn't been much support for Live Chat for VCI websites, VCI has decided not to implement it, No one ever visits the chat channels, so The original announcement by The Admin regarding The IRC Channel On BlabberNet has been removed, and Pretty soon I will also remove the Java applet that allows access to it.

You can still use it in the meantime, I will try to get something else sorted out.

Its easy to setup:

www.mirc.com
download the software (its free)

install the program.

open the program
click on file
click on select server
then click on add and insert the details as seen below:



you can choose any 'description' you like...

click "ok" and then click on connect to server

once connected type, /join #vci

and voila.. you're connected

Just To point out that both posts from above point to the same Channel, you can also use any IRC client that you have installed just click this link #VCI@BlabberNet provided you have the irc:// protocol associated with your IRC client, you could make it easy on urself and just use the EIRC java IRC client above.

eIRC Loading, you need to click yes to accept the certificate.


You need to click Connect, NOTE: you can enter your ScreenName/Nick before you click Connect.
