The above is a result of a petty squabble and I am not taking sides. Both of you have displayed colourful language and images in a sense to provoke and that needs to go - I can't edit or delete anything in that part of the forum...

Sorry, but coming from someone who has posted porn, thinly-velied apologias for terrorism, and emailed abusive text to other mods when he had that status, somehow this rings rather hollow.

Pharess, when you stop doling it out, others will start to take your complaints more seriously.

However, Maha and Sword, please tone it down a little. If you would edit the thread that would be a good thing - aside from anything else, you both know that swearing contravenes VCI use policy. Lalamimi was right to bring that point up.

Right on the spot, Lala Mimi. I suppose it became gang up time. In school they call these people BULLIES. And even if the victim is a supergeek, it does not justify what they are doing. It quite irritated me. Aren't these people like 40+ or something?

Let's get this straight - it was right to delete the posts, as the swearing in them contravened use policy.

However. The "victim" is not a "geek" but rather a member with record of seriously abusive trolling, who has been banned from this site for (amongst other things) posting pornography and threatening other members. When it comes to "bullying", it seems to me he's rather more expert than his "persecutors".

So all I'm saying is, let's also get it in perspective before we give him a cuddle and offer him a tissue
