salam,
the guy just got out from the train station in MOHAMMEDIA?I see AL Kaddam addahabi uniform,i say heeeey EL BAHJAA
cose i knew one of them was from my hometown,he came and hugged me and said I'm already now ,i was happy for him.
i did not want to contaminate him cose i had a cold
BUT i did appreciate how they work out "hard"
except that the shape is not worked right.
STOP TORTURING THOSE YOUTH BY RUNNIN running running..
they need to beef up !!!in a good way and make sure they can also have a good and strong health.
yes to speed and heart beat..but where is the good n real physical condition!?
