-i do hit the Gym three times a week for 2hrs and i alwas make sure i do 15 mins skipping...
-i do practice 2 type of martial arts (TKD & hupkido)..it's really good caz its fun and it helps you stay in shape and also shed the pounds. It develops the mind and the body too...you basically get a good workout ...!! -i do push ups when i wake up and before i sleep ...

Do you ever tire of having to do it all? I eat fairly healthly and am active generally on a day to day basis. When it comes to doing a serious workout or running etc though i have all the best intentions but it lasts for about week and then fades. So i tend to talk about workouts per month rather than per week ![]() How about you Anisa?

Generally try to eat healthy, try going to the gym twice a week, and try being the operative word, and swimming twice a week. Swimming is amazing and really tones every single part of the body.
Swiss ball is good. I got one with a DVD workout, very good for all those hard to exercise muscles! |
