Question

What (if any!) activities do you do to keep fit?

Do you eat healthy?

Basically how well do you look after yourself

No takeaway food
No soft drinks
cooking with olive oil
Plenty of fresh food
walking

-i do hit the Gym three times a week for 2hrs and i alwas make sure i do 15 mins skipping...

-i do practice 2 type of martial arts (TKD & hupkido)..it's really good caz its fun and it helps you stay in shape and also shed the pounds. It develops the mind and the body too...you basically get a good workout ...!!

-i do push ups when i wake up and before i sleep ...

He certainly is!

Do you ever tire of having to do it all?

I eat fairly healthly and am active generally on a day to day basis. When it comes to doing a serious workout or running etc though i have all the best intentions but it lasts for about week and then fades. So i tend to talk about workouts per month rather than per week

How about you Anisa?

Generally try to eat healthy, try going to the gym twice a week, and try being the operative word, and swimming twice a week. Swimming is amazing and really tones every single part of the body.

Swiss ball is good. I got one with a DVD workout, very good for all those hard to exercise muscles!
