Talking

ha, ha, ha.......lucky for me I don't live that life style.

Why are there no runners? Surely someone out there must run? Ok if not may I suggest you all make a note of this as one of your New Years resolutions

I was an middle distance athlete in early 80's not quit like Mr said Aouita Anyways today I run to stay in shape
to keep up with youngester at school and clubs level where
I sometimes coach as an endurance coach.
So if need advice you know where to ask .
One of the first advice for any novice runner are
A make sure you watch what you eat.
B do some swimming and cycling.
( swimming and cycling help build your endurance meaning you can run longer distance .you store more oxygine in your bloodcells.)
C run occationally on hill .
D do some speed work 5* 80m .
F be very patient running can be boring at the start and it can be painful at the biginning , beileve me after a while is is very rewarding.

Talking I used to run

Back in School, i was part of a winning class, we won every sports day I did the hurdles and 200 meter sprint.

Only time i run now is when i'm late fro work, or running from a big dog

I will make it one of my many new years resolutions
