Ahmed al-Baghdadi, political science professor at Kuwait University, is tired of fighting charges of 'insulting Islam' and wish to have a quiet life. http://www.hotsheet.com in the AP section (third in headline).

He wrote that he did not want 'ignorant' teachers to teach his son 'how to disrespect women and nonMuslims' and that wrong influence could make terrorists out of his son. For this reason he did not let his son attend 'state' school in the country.

I always got the impression that Kuwait was very tolerant of Non Muslims, considering there is quite a high number of Non Arab Muslims living and working in the the tiny state..

alBaghdadi is right. Kuwaitis are not tolerant, they are just lazy and want foreigners to do their work for them; modern slavery. And many abuse their 'workers'.
They tend to say rather silly things and teach backward things in their schools.
Sadam Hussein was correct to invade them.
