Who am I more lenient with? And who am I overly harsh on? And did anyone else delete these "Islamophobic comments"? If not, ask yourself why not.

We do have more than one moderator on this board, you know. There are three other mods for the relgions sections, all of whom actually moderate all three religion boards whereas I moderate only one.

If (as it seems) you're implying that I'm overly censorious towards Muslims and lenient towards non-Muslims, then I think your comment is totally wrong.

Albeit that it's mildly amusing, as certain US right-wingers on Russia.com frequently accuse me of the exact opposite

Rocam, I think you need to bear in mind that comments (or views about Islam) with which you may disagree, or even find offensive, do not necessarily contravene VCI's use policy. Whether or not someone is irked by a comment, is not the criterion I use for its deletion.

V,

There was no need for a lengthy reply like that. Like I said previously ‘if you feel you are being fair with everyone then more power to you ’

If you are at peace with the decisions you take regarding these issues then no comments from Rocam or anyone should bother you.

I'm not "bothered", in the sense that I'm fully confident in the decisions I make.

However you have to bear in mind (and this honestly isn't directed at you specifically) that it does get on my nerves when people feel the need to make unfounded insinuations about bias, when they don't do the job themselves.

Particularly when such insinuations come from people at such opposite ends of the political/religious spectrum, that they couldn't possibly all be correct

I forgot to add earlier that your efforts are appreciated since you are obviously the only one here who moderates. The others moderators seem to have turned to ghosts
