Sheytan/satan is a kind of force that we all have within us, and that seduces Man away from the path of God.
Your description is so off guard. You dont fool us. Your intention to delibretaly mock islamic beliefs when you perfectly know what they are does not give you any justice on how devoted and respectful you are to religion as a whole.

that's the problem with you folks is that you can't take criticism, you immediately take a hostile, defensive attitude and think I'm mocking. The fact is that the awful expression "great satan" has been used time again and has lead to terrible acts of violence. Maybe Islam is against this, but how do I know? This expression has been invented by a man who lives and breathes Islam, who millions see as a valid imam, I am not a muslim, I am not an expert in islamic beliefs, so I don't "perfectly know what they are" as you claim.

Jer,

There is no harm in asking questions. You post came across as mocking. If this wasnt your intention, then i do apologise. feel free to ask.

Your original post was not a question but a commentary and a reflection your own agenda.

How about if I ask you the 'question':

" .. Jews have used the word Goyim to demonize entire societies, leading to acts of hatred and murder. "

Actually I thought it was one of the nicest posts that you had to write (though I am not sure if Khumeyney only aproached external aspects of religion. In general Shiah are strong in discussing abstract issues of the spirit).

And I think that due to the nature of the thread Safar has the right to ask his question. Both are fair.

Keep it nice kids.
