Sorry this tip applies only to those living in the U.S.

If you have a legal case, and after receiving your money the lawyer refuse to move forward or disregards your call to his office, I have good news for you.

Sent a certified letter saying unless you hear from the lawyer in 24 hours, you are going to file a "CLIENT ABANDONMENT" complaint with the Sate Bar Association.

YOU WILL GET AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE: To a lawyer this is like being on the verge of going to hell (hehehe...).

Or, if you are mad and really wish to complaint, call the State Attorney, ask for a form for 'client abandonment' complain, and file the complaint.

3 Copies -- one for yourself, one to the lawyer, one to State Bar office.

cose what is happening now in USA as many families where separated and alots of muslims were beaten and deported
not to mentione the theft of their property ..the abuse in detentions...why just lawyers????

I'm sorry to hear of the perceived discrimination a few Muslims are felling in the U.S.

A few months ago, a Muslim in California successfully sued the company he works for and won over $1 millon settlement. Justice may not be perfect in every case but is strong here.
