Can the new Government stop corruption.

Would be interested in everyone's thoughts on corruption.
Is it too late to change or can something be done?
Or do you think it's no better or worse than other countries?
Particular reason to ask as I have been involved in a civil action that was made much more difficult because of actions taken (illegally in my opinion )by officials in a municipality.

It's a sad fact that corruption seems to be rife in Morocco among those in power. It's very sad as it seems to be accepted as a way of life for the moroccan people. Don't know what the answer is other than try by every means possible not to bow to it. Hope you sort your problem out.

The new government alone can not completely stop corruption, it is a matter of education and can not be solved by simple people.
