Looking for twin brother

Can anyone please help? I'm looking for a lost twin brother on behalf of a friend. His brother's name was Najib (Najeep) and the surname was either Garad/Gerard or Jarard. They lived with a 'grandma' in temporary housing in Morocco and were taken from Morocco to Spain and adopted, but Ali returned to Morocco, whilst Najib stayed in Madrid. Ali has not heard of his brother since he was about 10 years old and is now in his early 20's. If anyone knows the whereabouts of the missing twin can you please contact me. Thank you.
