Searching for an Old Friend

I am trying re-connect with an American gentleman named Art Perrault living in Morocco since 1993. I lost contact with him years ago. He was living in Tangier at that time but I am not sure where he is living now. He was teaching English last I knew. Any suggestions on how I might locate him?
