Internet ~ good or bad?

Internet, is it a good or bad thing? We all know the internet has changed the world in many ways for the good or bad who's to say. It would be hard to live without it. Information on anything and any topic under the sun just with a click of a mouse.

It can be used to bring people from different walks of life together, forge new friendships and discover other cultures and beliefs. To share ideas.
Some use it to find love and marraige, this can be a good thing but to me I think a risky excercise and although many have found love this way just as many have been cheated and hurt.
Strangers worldwide can discuss matters of common interest on forums such as this.
Then of cause there are the not so nice people who see the internet as a way to spread their wickedness.

So my question should anyone care to answer is ~ What does the internet mean to you? Good or Bad thing?

ok The internet is a blessing and a curse ,just like anything we consume and it is not just our choice to be led to soo many issues when we trust people who have attitude that could not benifit only cause harm ,and this harm could be a scam ,....evil ideas...and it could be a blessing when we only take that which is good abd benicial and stay away from evil and what could harm us.in the maine time we also look at our behavior toward others ,you may never know that we could be the wrong doers..in the End minor issues could be resolved peacefully between mature plp and logically internet should remain just internet ,unless we get guaranties about the person ,he /she we want to know in a relationship for example ..but from my experience ,there is the good and bad ..you just have to delete the past and bad memories and move on

My question..and my answers. I question myself and others, in my quest for knowledge, what pray tell is wrong with that. (that last bit is meant in a light hearted way~before you get the hump and start calling me agressive).LOL

BTW I'm not too bothered about how others see me, I'm happy in my skin....

You think me a snake .....how rude...when one is happy in one's skin there is no need to change it. Maybe you are a..... scorpion a nasty sting in it's tail, and also venomous I believe.
