Are there any reciprocal agreements between the Uk and Morocco, or France and Morocco? If I am registered under the French healthcare system, can I get treated in Morocco? Or is it just cash-across the-counter business?

Yes there are treaties on the issue between EU countries and Morocco.

You should ask your insurance though what falls under the international agreements and what not. You have the assistance mondiale on your insurance card or not?
