This guy got his just desserts when he scammed a guy about a laptop. The buyer got his own back by publishing the laptop's contents on the web.

who ever created this website your a serious fraudster and you will find out 75%of you information is invalid. I have reported you to the internet watch foundation and you will find they can also trace who ever leaves a comment. and who is the creator of this website. lucywinters (amir)... serious fraudster? what about the laptop you sold me?! it didnt work! when you said it did!! all i want is my money back, is that so bad? and how can it be an offence to have your bank details if you left them on the laptop that i bought!? it's not as if i did anything to get them, they were just sitting there! youre not making sense. the way i see it, it is my right to post these photos up, i (unfortunately) own them, having bought the laptop from you! whether they were your photos or not is besides the point, i can do what i want with the contents of the laptop because it's mine!

To the first question, I'd have to say yes. Serves the scheming little fraudster right.

I didn't read all of the "comments" but I'd be interested in reading an opinion from a Legal expert concerning the second question.
