Morocco.com Forum Elections 2006

Ladies and gentlemen, Morocco.com Forum is organizing presidential elections.

Our 5 main principles are:

1- Democracy
2- Transparency
3- Freedom of speech
4- Mutual respect
5- Responsibilty

This is a national call for all citizens of Morocco.com Forum to participate in these elections on the basis of the 5 main principles.

Every citizen of our country has the right to vote and/or to be a candidate for presidency. That means that every citizen here has the right to:

- only vote

or

-vote and be a candidate at the same time

Every citizen has the right to anounce himself a candidate for presidency if he wants.
Every candidate has the right to start compaining for the presidency from this moment, but the candidates must respect the 5 main principles.

The day of election must be agreed between all of the citizens of Morocco.com Forum.

The votes that take place before or after the official voting day are illegal and worthless.

The day of election is 24 hours long and begins from 00.00 to 24.00.

The candidates must develop integrated programs and policies that respect the 5 main principles, the interest of the citizens and the interest of Morocco.com Forum. And they must come with new ideas to develop the forum and life in it.

If there are more than 3 candidates they have the right to form coalitions between them, but every coalition must not have more than 3 members.

The winning candidate = The new president
The new president is the one who gets more votes than every other candidate. He becomes the leader of the nation. He draws the main lines of the policies of the state.
He presides the meetings.

The one who gets the second biggest number of votes becomes vice president. He is the 2nd man in the state. He operates under the supervision and with ccoperation of the president.

The candidate who gets the third biggest number of votes becomes the chief of internal affairs and relations with the congress.

The candidates who get the 4th, 5th and 6th biggest numbers of votes become members of the parliament or congress. They watch the president and his two employees and question their policy if necessary.

the other candidates get nothing and are invited to observe the political procrss and follow it.

Laws
The president can create and propose new laws but they have to be accepted by at least one member of the government (vice-president/ Chief of internal Affairs). If the law is not accepted by the whole congress nor by the vice and chief it will not pass.

The congress can propose laws too but they have to be accepted by the president too.

If the congress is not satisfied with the work of the president they can ask to leave and let the presidency for thr vice president. But the congress (3 members) can not force the president to leave only if the vice president and the Chief of internal affairs want him to leave too.

The president remains in his presidency for 2 months only. After that there have to be elections.

How to vote?
voting must be always public by writing the name of the candidate in the special election thread so that everything would be clear.

Every new member that joins the Forum before the election day has the right to vote.

Respect
The President and all other officials must be respected. When we address the president we say: Mr. President


special cases:

if there is only 1 candidate for the presidency, the winning presidents appoints the 2 members of government and the 3 members of Congress.

If there are less than 6 candidates in total the winning president appoints the needed officials

There must be always :

1 president
1 vice president
1 chief of internal affairs and relations with the Congress
3 members of the congress


Everybody has the right to vote. This is the list of all members that are invited to the election. Any forgotten or new memeber is invited to vote or to be a candidate too:

Wouldn't work out, I'm from a diffrent planet I value things diffrently therefore. However I'm impressed by your ellaborate efforts, wonder if I might borrow ur skills for as much time that it took you to post this but for something more constructive, if u're interested PM me.
