There must be serious failings by those in charge when you have disillusioned youth & high unemployment in a country which still sees itself as a 'world power'. It didn't happen overnight & won't be solved with some nonsense employment bill.

My view is that these scenes show how desperate people are & how terrible the French are at solving the underlying problems.
