daughter/son to start Dating!!?

i was wondering how would you as parents or to-be, feel n react if you find out your son or daughter is seeing someone?

will you tell your son. thats good enjoy your time n lock up your daughter or what will your reaction be...am just wondering what ways to deal with that cuz if you are not already a parent someday inshallah you will be ...n thats a question to be differently considered by those living in the West.


For me its better to just show them right n wrong as that a relationship would be better off not involving a sexual intercourse...n show them limits to not trespass..n sometimes being hard is nessecery..

I don't have children yet but when I think of them, the last thing I think about is who they will date. If people concentrated less on sex & marriage, and more on trying to give their children a happy, healthy & active childhood and good education, PERHAPS we might have a more successful community.

Faith, I totally agree with you.... Education.. education and good education will take care of all aspects of life not just sex

Absolutely. Well-educated young people are in a better position to make more responsible decisions for themselves, and a rounded education (to put it mildly) is about a lot more than who to marry and when.
