New Testament/Quran Parallels?

As one Thread begets another Thread ... so are the days of the Morocco Forum

Other than the major differences of Muhammed the Prophet and Jesus the Christ, can someone enumerate the differences between the holy books? I'm talking about words and passages, not conjecture and deeds done in the name of ...

there is a big deference

a christian drinks wine and eats a cracker while in church
and
a muslim drinks tea and eats couscous while in the mosque

what's interesting though is both the christian and the muslim end up going to the same bathroom to relieve themselves from what dosteoevsky call "that if God didn't exist everything was permissible" syndrome .

The difference is huge it is very easy to tell the difference. the Quran begins with In the name of God the most gracious the most merciful and gets you to the point. the bible begins. it comes to pass that this and that ..... telling the names of every person etc... like a history book . The quran is the exact word from God. even the prophet was corrected at how to read out the words . you can take the quran read it from any page and you are 100% sure it will take you back and forth and most probably relate to you many things through out the time. ......
IT is written in Arabic and has never changed since day one. because it is guarded by God. you can not just pick a book and read it like the bible . it has special place in the hearts of muslims.
The bible was at one point a holy book because to be a muslim(submitter to GOD) we muslim respect all books sent by God. "Bible is changed or corrupted. There are many versions of the Bible and it is rewritten by Church Fathers again and again that's why Allah sent uncorrupted word through Mohammed SAWS ."
the problem with the bible is in the translation . Jesus pbuh spoke Aramaic and not English and his name was ISSA not jesus the J supposed to be Y YASOO'H changing what he actually said to another word by men can usually lead to misguidance and confusion. expl the word Son of God is seen by christians as if god has childrfen he cared for and that he is a father, where as Moses told us that God is invisible and has nothing like him so to even suggest that he changed forms is a mockery of God.
-------------------------------------------

Malachi 3:6, "For I am the LORD, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob."
He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews13: 8)

---------------------------------------------------------------
that was the muslim position

You can switch off God's channel and try Rainbow or Pink. I am sure they have better things to entertain you with. they are always "HAPPY".

The only person who is laughing now is certainly you. but hold on, on that grand day "day of Judgement" God will show you whether he was in a good mood or not and If you die while maintaining your Disbelieve i am 100% sure that you shall shed plenty of tears. Enjoy your little fiesta while you can. By God the Almighty the hour is near.
