This is in the middle of a very HOT desert, where temperatures get up to 120 degrees...

Money makes it!! when u have money u can have a desert in the north pole if u like, am not surprised, they just pay for tha, ain't tha smart to know how to build it...do not even know how this happened they just pay n enjoy it..
