But what if the older person has no family? i would love to open a nursing home to give loving care to people who had no relatives, or relatives who are physically unable to give eternal care.

I could open a nursing home here in UK but I love Morocco, love the culture, and respect the religion etc. It would be most satisfying vocation to give care in a nursing home.

Yes i can understand that, making the decision to put a loved on into a nursing home can be difficult under the best of circumstances. But now a days Nursing homes compare are often the only alternative for patients who require nursing care over an extended period of time. They are too ill to remain at home, with families, or in less structured long-term facilities.
