i was 80KG 3 weeks ago and dropped to 76kg because i was ill....

I had a bad flu for almost a month now, not been eating much too
London is just too cold, One day I feel better and the next day it gets worse

I see Lofty.
I taken a very bad flu in December and I put 15 days for back good

This year is a very bad and long winter.
