yeah am serious too i think right now its no longer possible in Larache there is a new investments on the beach u knwo so the prizes go really higher than that if you want a villa by the coast...even those already there are now for sale, not for public but sale to the investments tha will build soem big hotels , any way if you wish to get a villa u need to see the place first n see if you will like larache so a first visit is recommanded.
