What do you call a person who sits at home and print money in paper?
That's what the banks do. technically They have no money but simple Guaranties worth nothing at all. since money is the amount of Gold. they have no gold but virtual certifications
I went to the bank once to withdraw cash for my house deposit and i wanted that cash that day otherwise the house would have been sold to some one else so it was urgent i called the bank the day before . the bank declined my request and it took me ages travelling from one branch to another before i managed that withdrawal. another time similar situation the auctions refused my card so i need cash, the bank refused again. it was a nightmare. Apparently I had no right to ask for my own money without prior order. what they meant to say was this:
Sorry I have not got your money but hey wait I am going to steal it and then i 'll give you some of it.
