Kas A Tay

Umm apparently there is a special way to make Moroccan Tea depending where in Morocco you happen to live. The best one so they say and most complicated one seems to be from the Sahara (12 tashlela)
Lets see? can you guys tell me how you make it step by step

well first i put the kettle on...
then once boiled i shelel the berred with the Boiling water then i add a handful of atay and add a little boiling water let it stand for a minute and shelel once again
i add the mint and sugar and fill the berred with boiling water, i pour some into a cup and pour back into the berred again a couple of times to give it a good mix
then put it on the stove to tsha3ar...
