Nouzha Chekrouni wants to encourage the RME to return to Morocco
Reduction will seek for this purpose of the supports as well inside as outside its borders, indicated Sunday Nezha Chekrouni, minister Morrocan woman in charge of the national community residing abroad. "the largest potential of our country, which has neither gas oil nor, lies in its human capital", declared Mrs. Chekrouni at Spanish agency EFE.
"the emigrants constitute a loss for our country", it added. A considerable loss within sight of their number: the Moroccan community "legal" living abroad indeed passed from 160.000 people in 1968 to 4,09 million in 2004, including 500.000 in Belgium. Reduction negotiates, mainly with the European Union, a help which would make it possible to carry out "the changes necessary to encourage the emigrants to return to the country" and to invest there, still said Mrs. Chekrouni |

What is she on?
They (i.e the powers that be in Maroc) should make the country worth returning to; then we return. If not, she should keep such nonsense comments to herself. What is there for us? Especially the educated? To succeed at work, you usually have to be willing to lie, cheat & steal alongside the others. If not, the powers that be will stop you being successful. They think we want to return to that? Whatever...... there is a damn good reason people have to leave home & its not just about making a few pennies
