Prince shoots video in Marrakech
Prince has chosen Marrakech as a location to host his “Te Amo Corazon” video, which was directed by actress Selma Hayek, reported Ireland online newspaper.
The song, first track from Prince's album 3121, was shot in Marrakech, featuring Mia Maestro, the Argentine actress who appeared in Hayek's famous film Frida.
Marrakech was taken as a location to provide an exotic setting for the video. The opening of the clip shows the singer standing in front of a huge window with sunshine cascading down on him, followed by scenes of Maestro and Prince walking separately around an airy, open Spanish-style home.
Prince expressed satisfaction over Hayek's work, saying “she is the most thoughtful, attentive director I have ever worked with.”
