I searched for some info and found it to be very expensive to have a good tour in the Algerian Sahara and visiting the tuareg's as you have to go by a car which means you have to take 4 of your friends.

Self-Drive 4WD Tour ~ Marseille, 7 - 30 November ~ £2250 per car at £450 per person

also this might help you

only 6 places left (6cars)

or you can try the morrocan sahara,

or if you fancy something posh, you can have a 30days tour Crossing the Sahara - Morocco, Algeria, Libya, and Egypt at around £7000 with everything included

Moroccan Sahara??? What are you talking about? I hope you didn't mean Western Sahara which is a different place for whom the Sahrawis are fighting to free it from an illegal Moroccan occupation.

Thank you so much Lofti, this travel is very, very beautiful but like you said, it need time and I can stay only 15 days...my job don't give me more days
Also here, in Italy, there is some tour operator that do these special tour and maybe travelling alone is better take one of this.
I was thinking that maybe I could leave Tuareg for October when there is also festivals and in March come only in Morocco and I'm sure that also in Morocco there are much interesting things to see.
But I have to say that see your pic put on me the wish to leave now I don't know why but I'm too much attracted from these countries
