No matter what one thinks of Saddam this trial is a joke. The idea that the Iraqi collaborators (yes that's what they are) are going to try Saddam in a fair manner is laughable. It is nothing but a Kangaroo court designed to divert attention from the crimes committed by the US and its poodle friends.

Those killing happens in all countries.

http://www.albawaba.com/en/countries/Morocco/190165
check this link out, they have also discovered more then 100 bodies,

you see it happens everywhere, in morocco, Algeria, not to forget Tunisia and all the Arab countries, Saddam is a brave man, he stood up against the strongest country in the world and that’s why his in court now, if those Americans are serious about bringing him to justice for what he did they should bring all the Arab leaders to justices………..
his in court because they feared him, because Israel said so and because of the OIL, who ever hates Saddam must have had his brain washed by the media

No he isn't. He was a despot. Whatever we may think about the fairness (or indeed the legality) of his trial - he is no hero.
