Torture

Is Morocco involved in having people, picked by Americans as suspects, tortured on its soil? Below is an extract as well as the link from an article that appeared in "Le Monde" newspaper.

"...Le 2 août, The Guardian a publié le témoignage de Benyam Mohammed, un Londonien de 26 ans qui affirme avoir passé deux ans et demi en prison au Pakistan, au Maroc et en Afghanistan avant d'être enfermé à Guantanamo. Dans la prison de Temara, près de Rabat, il prétend avoir été soumis à des séances de torture régulières. Au Pakistan, il déclare avoir été interrogé par deux agents du MI6 (services britanniques d'espionnage). "Le Royaume-Uni condamne sans réserve le recours à la torture et n'a jamais permis à ses services de renseignement de l'utiliser", affirme le Foreign Office à propos de ces allégations. Le Guardian a retrouvé la trace des vols de la CIA qui correspondent aux dates de son maintien en détention au Maroc."

...and what about the torture of the oldest war prisoners in the world by the polisario on the Algerian soil?!

Torture is not a joke. anyone who commits it on innocent people shall be boiled in hell for ever.

the name of Morocco is being cited these days on top of a list of about 10 countries that have subcontracted the toruture to the americans ...we are but a poor american colony after all and we do the dirty jobs for them , they did not apoint us us as a majore non Nato ally for nothing

What about it? Of course I am against torture wherever it's practised.
