Morocco to import bulgarian doctors!!!!!
Morocco is going to start importing bulgarian doctors .After the operation of early retirement of moroccan doctors is sealed , morocco found that it lacks doctors in many regions , so they decied to start importing bulgarian doctors to fill in the gap ...what do you think about this ...is it a wise decision or not ?!?!?!

This is typical of Morocco & an example of the many reasons why we don't develop.
Why the Hell are we importing doctors from abroad when we have so many qualified unemployed medics of our own??? Maroc is not the UK - which has a real shortage of medics. We have them but don't employ our own. Rather than ease unemployment, we bring in foreigners. No doubt they will also pay them better & assist them with housing too. Utter bullshiit. Before announcing early retirement for civil servants (in all disciplines, which ended on 30 June this year), they should have made arrangements for replacement of these people from WITHIN morocco. They knew who was leaving & where the shortages would be after all. The same is happening with civil engineers and teachers - many took the advantage to leave when this scheme was announced. BTW - does anyone know if people have been paid their early retirement money yet?? I think the answer is NO (at least for the people I know)

But if thats at the expense of quality of their workmanship and skills? that would be a bad idea!
